Do you offer seasonal contracts or on-call snow removal?
Both. You can set up a seasonal contract so your property is cleared automatically every time it snows, with no need to worry if you are away, or call us on-call when a storm hits. Commercial clients usually prefer a seasonal contract for guaranteed priority; many homeowners go on-call.
Do you handle commercial lots and stratas?
Yes. We are equipped with commercial-grade plows, pushers, front-end loaders, and skid steers to clear parking lots, strata complexes, and commercial driveways and walkways, keeping your site safe and open through a snow event.
What's your response time when it snows?
Contracted properties get priority and are cleared on a set schedule through and after a storm, and our operators are available around the clock during winter events. On-call response depends on volume during a storm, which is why we recommend a seasonal contract for properties that need guaranteed service.
Do you do salting and sanding for ice?
Yes. Ice management is part of the service. We salt and sand driveways, walkways, and lots to keep surfaces safe between and after snowfalls, which matters on the Island where freeze-thaw and black ice are the real hazard.
